RECENT TRIAL COURT DECISIONS
- The Superior Court of Guam in 2023, in the case AES Construction, Inc. v. Guam Wanfang Construction, Ltd., awarded client $1,057,256.18 in damages after a trial relating to a mechanic’s lien claim by the designer.
- The Superior Court of Guam on January 25, 2024, in the case Mariana Stones, Corporation. v. Fadian Development, Inc., granted client partial summary judgment on its fraud and fraud in the inducement claim and dismissing over thirty-three affirmative defenses of the defendant. Client is seeking over $2M in damages in addition to punitive damages.
- Won a $17.38 million settlement for the Government of Guam Retirement Fund.
